Clinton Adams (Principal) had sold real estate in Emerald 7 years prior to opening his own business on the 11th August, 1994, when at the age of 29, he had his own Agent's License approved, and while renovating his offices he commenced operation as a lone salesman, doing his first sale on the boot of his car.

Clinton's goal was to out sell, out grow, and out service all other agencies in town. His ambition was to strive to be the best, and he has proved this by accomplishing 2,500 sales and managing up to 800 rentals at one stage.
