CENTRAL AND SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND

EMERALD

The largest town in the Central Highlands, Emerald is the dominant commercial, retail and industrial centre; as well as being the regional base for many government departments. Emerald is the thriving hub for many diverse industries including mining and resources, agriculture, construction, retail and the ancillary support services to these sectors.

The activity surrounding the mining boom has seen Emerald grow in size and population, while still remaining a safe and positive place to live and work. There are a range of well-equipped and modern facilities for people of all ages including the regional airport, sporting clubs, venues, art gallery, cinema and shopping centres and botanical gardens. Fairbain Dam, 25km outside of Emerald is a favourite spot for skiing, boating and fishing. Emerald supports it's family orientated environment with 5 primary schools and 2 highschools.

SUNSHINE COAST

The Sunshine Coast region is the third most populated area in Queensland. It's area spans over approximately 60km of coastline and hinterland from Pelican Waters to Tewantin. The Sunshine Coast Regional Council is the fourth most populated local Government area in Australia with over 306, 909 residents.

The Sunshine Coast's enviable lifestyle is what attracts tourists and residents to the region, with its pristine beaches, freshwater rivers and lakes, subtropical forests and warm sunshine. It is these elements which have boosted the Coasts population over the years, including the property market, making it a top spot for investors and owner occupiers alike.

BRISBANE

With a population of 2.1 million people, Brisbane is the third largest city in Australia. Labelled 'Australia's most livable city', Brisbane is an energetic river town teaming with young professionals, massive educational facilities, the base of many large corporations and a rising property marktet. Brisbane property is on high demand in 2015, with rental prices growing, the rising number of sales, and the falling average days on the market.

Living in Brisbane gains the interest of those who are looking to buy or rent at a slightly lower price than the demanding costs of the Sydney and Melbourne residences. Combined with the buzzing culture, the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast both nearby and the stunning Queensland weather, Brisbane is definately a great place to have a hand in the market!
